Many people believe that doing a few leg exercises would help burn the fat stored on their thighs. This is totally a misconception. Thigh exercises are just meant to tone the muscles of your thighs such that they look in shape. Therefore in order to shed the fat before toning your thighs you need to do the cardio exercises like jogging, walking, swimming, cycling and step ups. These exercises increase the rate of metabolism which leads to the burning of fat. Your stamina is also built by them due to which you can exercise more and tone your thighs quickly. Toning is done by the leg exercises as mentioned earlier. Pick any three leg exercises from the internet; learn them properly because exercising is of no use if not done accurately. You can even consult a trainer. Switch to some other exercises after a few days such that your interest in working out is maintained. Now that you knowhow to lose thigh fat, your target should be to strive hard such that you never feel embarrassed in putting on short skirts.
