For interns, loyalty can be illustrated by not speaking badly of their place of work, bosses, co-workers and organizational procedures. Timeliness

One of the rudest things you can ever do is to report to your work area late and in succession. For the Japanese, being on time is always crucial so it would be ideal to arrive at your area a few minutes in advance. It is also generally a good move to stay on for more hours or days of work.
