Helping A Mother In Need And Continues To Do So
July 13th, 2010 by admin
Being a 43-year old mom that hasn’t been updated with new technologies can be bothersome at times especially if the said mom has something to do on the computer but doesn’t know how to use it. “Alright, I just need to use any programs of Microsoft. That’s all that my boss requires me to do. That won’t be too hard, right?” Nancy whispered to herself as she sits down on the computer chair and faced and the computer. Minutes passed by as she only stared at the item but not touched. “Mom? What are you doing?” Nancy yelped at the sudden voice. Turning her body to face the speaker, she can’t help but smile. “Morning sweaty, had a nice day?” Nancy asked her daughter, Rose who is currently staring at her suspiciously. “Yeah, my friends and I had fun but seriously mom, what are you doing?” Rose asked as she walks closer to her mom and puts down her backpack on the floor beside the computer desk . “Oh well I’m trying to use the computer.” Nancy answered as she faces the computer again when a giggle can be heard beside her. “The computer won’t work if it’s not switched on, you know.” Rose teased as she leans closer to the computer and pressed the on button. Nancy pouted at Rose and glances away from the computer. “I know that. I was just readying myself.” She backed up for herself making Rose laugh. “For a 43 year old woman, you act childish mother.” Rose teased her mother again with a big grin on her face. Her mother didn’t answer making Rose roll her eyes. “Just explain to me what you want to do and I’ll help you.” With that statement, Nancy immediately perked up and started telling her daughter her situation. “Well if you want to use Microsoft, you need my Microsoft password.” Rose suggested, scratching her chin in thought. “What for?” Her mother asked her and after a few minutes of explaining, Nancy found out why. “If you need any help about the password. Just press the password help then you’ll be given instructions for you to follow.” Rose continued as she points everything out at her mother who is pleasantly listening. “Thank you Rose! I could do it from here.” Nancy stated with a big smile on her face while Rose just nodded. “Just call me if you have any questions.” Rose said as she takes her bag from the floor and starts to walk out. Hearing the keyboard typing made Rose smile knowing she helped her mom with her situation but even before she step on one step, a shout can be heard from the room she just went out from. “Rose! I need help!”
