Learn French in Paris - the City of Light

If you’re learning French, then you must consider taking French courses in Paris – the City of Light! Studying French courses in France, especially in Paris, is such a wonderful experience. The world’s most romantic city, Paris offers an inspiring mix of culture, history, elegant architecture, and gourmet food. Popular attractions around Paris include historical monuments,  museums, and famous department stores and restaurants. Paris has something for everyone, from the art buff, to the romantic, to the shopaholic!

Take French courses in the morning, and then practice your French outside the classroom in the afternoon. There are so many sights to see, so many places to visit, and so many opportunities to practice your français! Here are a few places you can’t miss while you’re in Paris:

Eiffel Tower

Your trip to Paris will not be complete without you going up the most famous monument and internationally recognized symbol of the city, the Eiffel Tower.

L’Arc de Triomphe

While the Eiffel Tower is famous for its views of the city, the Arc de Triomphe in the middle of the Champs-Elysées is a far better place to see the city and its famous arrondissement structure.

Bastille

Bastille is a great place to visit both during the day and at night. The neighborhood is famous for its nightlife. Bastille by night is excellent, both for eating and bar-hopping.

Notre Dame

Notre Dame is the famous home of the hunchback. It is a beautiful cathedral right on the River Seine. If you are a literary buff, you should stop by the Shakespeare and Co. bookstore after you visit the church.

Sacré Coeur

Montmartre is home to the Basilique du Sacré Coeur, the beautiful white church on top of a mountain. On a clear day, you’ll get to see this even from the city center of Paris.
